Right now I’ve been diagnosed with Chondromalacia of both patellas, and
tendonitis in both knees of the patellar tendon. This is directly attributed
to my cycling, because I was riding 300 km a week before I wen t to the
doctor.Physical therapy isn’t helping much, so I’m going to have arthroscopic
surgery. Now, after I have this, how much physical therapy will I probably
need, and how long will I be incapacitated.
